If you want a team building trip in Cu Chi where everyone stays the night, you need one place big enough to play, eat and sleep together. Cuchi Downtown rents out the whole villa in Phu Hoa Dong commune, about 35 km from central Saigon, roughly an hour's drive. Why stay overnight instead of a day trip?
Most team building programs advertised in Cu Chi are one-day tours around the tunnels: leave in the morning, back by evening. Take out the time on the bus and only a few hours are left, mostly for sightseeing, with little time for the team to really talk.
Staying one night adds an evening, which is usually when people open up the most: around the grill, by the campfire, at the karaoke or playing team games on the pickleball court. The next morning the team has breakfast and wraps up before heading home, with no early start.
What comes with renting the whole villa?
The whole villa takes up to 20 guests. Your group has all the rooms and grounds to itself. Included:

A suggested two-day schedule
Use this as a starting point. The villa team will adjust it to your group size and goals.
- Day 1, morning: leave Saigon, about an hour's drive. If your group wants to learn about the war history, visit the Cu Chi Tunnels first, about 15 km from the villa.
- Day 1, afternoon: check in from 2pm, then team games in the garden, pickleball or a village bike ride with the villa team.
- Day 1, evening: garden BBQ and home-style dishes, then the campfire, karaoke (until 9:30pm) or team games on the pickleball court.
- Day 2, morning: breakfast at the villa, wrap-up session, check out by 12pm and head back to Saigon.
